Rainbow Rewards Loyalty Points are your rewards for being a valued customer and gives you future discounts on orders placed with us in our online store.

We at Rainbow Trugs value our returning Customers and as a way of saying 'Thank You' we have launched a Rainbow Rewards Loyalty Points scheme. For every £1 you spend, you will earn 1 Rainbow Reward Point worth 1p (excluding delivery).

We will also have regular bonus Rainbow Rewards give away's - sometimes to our fans on Facebook and Twitter and for registered users. 

How do I earn Rainbow Rewards when shopping at RainbowTrugs.com?

Rainbow Rewards Loyalty Points are earned on the basis of 1 Rainbow Point for every £1 spent on products from our website. (excluding delivery and rounded down to the nearest £)

Rainbow Rewards earned can be applied as discounts to future orders - no point thresholds any longer, meaning you don't have to wait to hit a certain level before you can redeem your Rainbow Rewards.

How do I redeem my Rainbow Rewards?

To redeem your Rainbow Rewards Loyalty Points against the value of an order:

Click the "Sign In" button at the top right of the website.

Add any items you wish to purchase to your basket.

Your Rainbow Rewards will be shown on the checkout page, tick the box next to your points and the discount will be automatically applied.

Previously awarded Rainbow Rewards Points can be redeemed when you checkout.

How do I see how many Rainbow Rewards Points I have been awarded on my previous orders?

Click the "Sign In" button at the top right of the website.

Click "Your Account" and you will see a list of all your orders and the Rainbow Rewards you have previously earned and spent.

Do I have to create an Account to collect Rainbow Rewards?

Yes. In order for us to track how many Rainbow Rewards you earn and spend, you must create an Account using a valid email address.

Failure to provide a valid email address, when creating an account, makes you ineligible for the Rainbow Rewards Loyalty Points Program.

You need to log into your account, before you start placing an order, to be able to earn and spend your Rainbow Rewards.

Rainbow Rewards Loyalty Points Program - Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the collection and redemption of Rainbow Rewards and use of the Reward Program (Rules).  These rules set out the terms of the agreement between RainbowTrugs.com and you.

These terms and conditions apply to the Rainbow Rewards Loyalty Points Program owned and operated by A2Z Sales trading as RainbowTrugs.com and form a contract between you the customer and RainbowTrugs.com

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Rainbow Rewards Loyalty Points Program at any time by giving you, the customer, 30 days notice.  All customers allowing contact from RainbowTrugs.com will be notified by email and a news article will be posted on the website to alert customers to the changes, in exceptional circumstances the Rainbow Rewards Loyalty Points Program may be withdrawn without notice to meet legal or statutory obligations.

These terms and conditions do not form part of your statutory consumer terms and conditions which can be found on our website and which you agree to when entering into a contract with RainbowTrugs.com

You earn 1 point for every £1 sterling that is spent on the website, RainbowTrugs.com  You must spend at least £1 in a single transaction for the transaction to earn points.  Thereafter Rainbow Rewards will be awarded for every whole £1 that is spent.

Discretionary Rainbow Rewards are awarded from time to time.

When purchases that have earned or have been made using Rainbow Rewards are returned for a refund, Rainbow Rewards will be adjusted and only monies paid will be refunded.

RainbowTrugs.com may offer special Bonus Rainbow Rewards i.e Double/Triple/Give-Away Rainbow Rewards, these special offers may be withdrawn without notice.

A minimum of 1 point must be collected before redemption will be allowed.

Points are valid for 12 months and are non-transferable.

If misuse of the Rainbow Rewards Loyalty Points Program is suspected, Rainbow Rewards may be suspended or deducted from customer accounts.

Rainbow Rewards may NOT be exchanged for a cash value and NO cash alternative is available.

Rainbow Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any discount coupon code or special promotion.

Orders placed using Guest Accounts, Credit Accounts or Phone Orders will NOT earn Rainbow Rewards.

You must have created and be logged into your account to earn or redeem your Rainbow rewards- we cannot retrospectively deduct or add Rainbow Rewards to your account.

You must be over 18 to qualify.
