Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
When placing your order, please provide a valid email address and contact telephone number. This is purely to process your order and fulfill the contract between us as well as for our couriers to send you delivery notifications. We will only email you will order confirmation, dispatch notification and a feedback request unless you have created an account and selected 'yes' to receiving occasional marketing emails (no more than 6 per year). Your telephone number is only used for contacting you should there be a problem with processing your order or problems our couriers may have attempting to deliver your order. We will NOT call you with sales calls or marketing. Your email address and telephone number will NOT be sold or shared with any third parties (other than our courier as described above).
NOTE: Entering an email address or telephone number that is suspect or invalid, and would hinder our best efforts to supply your order or we suspect could potentially be an attempt to place an order with the intent to commit fraud, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND REFUSE SUPPLY OF GOODS.
If you are buying our Rainbow Trug Branded products for reselling, any advertising, promotions, listings or descriptions must include the 'Rainbow Trug' brand and state they are ' Made in the UK'. This is part of the contract between us when you accept our terms and conditions at the checkout.
Shipping And Handling
For shipping and handling information, please go to the 'Carriage Charges' page. A link to this page can be found at the top and bottom of our every Page. PLEASE NOTE: A signature is required upon delivery for all purchases.
For orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday, and subject to cleared payment, we aim to dispatch your order the same day. Our couriers endeavour to deliver next working day to most U.K. postcodes, but this is not guaranteed and will take longer to the Scottish Highlands, offshore Islands and other EU states.
Shortages or Damage
IMPORTANT: Always check your purchases on receipt for shortages or damage. You must report any problems within 48 hours of delivery. Claims for damage within transit require you to keep all packaging for inspection. We MUST insist you follow these instructions for claims and any problems reported after 48 hours from delivery are at the discretion of a2z Sales Rainbow Trugs. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, you are passed automatically to either Sage Pay or PayPal's secure server to process your card transaction. We accept 3D Secure Transactions. Your card details are not held in clear text on any web site.
We guarantee your satisfaction. All items are primarily covered by the manufacturers guarantee/warranty (if applicable) but as a goodwill service we will always endeavour to process this ourselves as part of our customer service. In some cases we may have to pass you directly to the manufacturer if we ourselves cannot help. In the first instance contact us and we will advise you.

This is our Postal Address Only. There are no counter facilities and is different to our Goods Return address.
a2z Sales do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment including payment processing and courier delivery. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. When you complete a purchase through our website or by telephone, we will ask if we can add you to our mailing list. We know that Trugs are not an everyday purchase, so we normally only email you four times a year unless we have a new product launch, special promotion etc. You can unsubscribe from this list at anytime. If you have any questions, please email us titled MAILING LIST. We never sell your information to third parties.

Altering Your Order
If you wish to change your order before it is dispatched, please contact us immediately. We will simply cancel your order and issue a refund to allow you to re-order the correct items. Once dispatched, you will need to return any items as described in the returns section below.
Returns and Cancellation Policy
We love our Trugs and hope that you do too. However should you order an item and choose to return it, please follow the procedure below.
Our returns and cancellation policy is based on the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014. You can cancel an order for goods from the moment you place your order and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to keep any or all the items you have ordered. You then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. Firstly, email us at email@example.com requesting a returns number and stating your reason for return. We will email you a returns number and a specific returns address. Once we receive any items returned by you, we will process a refund within 14 days. A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the items more than was necessary, plus any direct delivery costs incurred by us in fulfilment of your order.
Outside of the initial 14 day period described above, returns requests due to extenuating circumstances are handled on a case by case basis, as are claims under our 12 month warranty against manufacturing faults. In these instances email us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your reasons for the request or details of your warranty claim.
We reserve the right on occasion to cancel an order at any time up to the point of delivery. This may be because we feel you have ordered an item that is unsuitable for your application, the delivery address given is incorrect/suspicious, contact information is incorrect (false telephone number/mis-spelt email address etc.), in supplying the order it will be detrimental to our good name or any other reason we deem reasonable at such time with the information given. In such a case, we will refund you in full immediately and we will not be liable for any consequential loss.
This returns policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault. Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
